University Fair
Last week’s University Fair marked another milestone in the development of our school. There was a real buzz as students and parents gained information from representatives from a range of universities. The representatives were impressed with the students’ enthusiasm and with their insightful questions. The students emerged motivated and inspired.
Particular thanks go to Mr Dan, Mr David and to our University Counsellor, Mr James for making this event so successful.
Wai Kru Day
Wai Kru Day is a day for us all to come together and celebrate the mutual respect between teacher and learner. This year, students through the school excelled themselves with their humour, exuberant presentations, balanced with the decorum of the traditional Thai ceremony. It was a lovely ‘feel-good’ day and teachers greatly appreciated their individually designed Pahns. Thank you to K Gade and the Thai team for leading this special day.
Events Coming up
K Gade and the Thai team will be leading workshops to help parents of first language Thai students to learn more about the curriculum and how parents can support learning at home. Please note that the workshops will be in Thai.
The Primary Thai Language Workshop will be held on Monday October 19th at 3:00pm in the room above the swimming pool.
The Secondary Thai Language Workshop will be held on Monday October 26th at 3:00pm in the room above the swimming pool.
Please could you park in the parking area at the end of the sports field.
